Arthur Sze’s sixth collection, The Redshifting Web: Poems 1970-1998, was published by Copper Canyon Press in 1998. He is the recipient of a Lila Wallace-Reader’s Digest Writers’ Award, a Lannan Literary Award, an American Book Award, and fellowships from the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation, the Witter Bynner Foundation for Poetry, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Howard Foundation at Brown University. His poems have been translated into Chinese, Italian, and Turkish. He teaches at the Institute of American Indian Arts and lives in Pojoaque, New Mexico.
